RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact me within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. There may be a waiting period of 10-14 days if materials needed to create new item are not in stock. Please note that you will have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a refund. Merchandise must be returned before replacement is shipped. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the item was shipped in error.

Exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping. We will pay for the shipping cost to get the new item to the customer.

You must include a copy of your receipt along with a request for refund or exchange.

Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.

Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer damaged items will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued. After two weeks if you cannot be reached with your provided contact information your ineligible item will be destroyed or altered to a sellable state.
